At Bongo Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and secure it in its original boxing with all hardware and assembly manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to schedule a convenient window for curbside or in-home pickup of the return items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned pieces for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
